 Master Arce, I also am sorry to hear of the closing of your dojo (dojang), but I also agree with Master Segarra's thoughts that the act of closing a portion of one's life work does not automatically mean that you won't open another, or find a different opportunity to teach and flourish elsewhere. After having spent well over 50 years in this art, I have been through many transitions of locations and financial ups and downs, but in the end, we are warriors, and we always seem to bounce back. I know that you have the fighting spirit and the fortitude to get past this setback, and I fully expect to hear from you in the near future, announcing to us that you are involved in a new venture, and I will be looking forward to that day.

Tough times for traditional MA I think, coupled with a rickety economy.

Master Arce, I was so sorry to learn of the closing of your dojang. My Kyo Sa's dojang closed last winter and he moved out of Florida. It was devastating so I can relate to some of what you are going through. But,with your talent and experience,I feel that you will teach again. We can not afford to lose our traditional martial artists;they have so much knowledge to share! It would be a priviledge to train with you one day!    Bland
